Registration & Fees Structure

  • Interested participants shall pay the registration fee directly to the bank account. Candidates shall send the filled in conference registration form along with the payment proof to icdsinc@nitrr.ac.in on or before 15th August 2025 for 1st Round and 20th September 2025 for 2nd Round. Registration form and payment details are given below:
  • Cancellation Policy: There will be no cancellation/ refund after Registration.

Online registration process


  • After payment of registration fee, the participants are required to fill the registration form on or before the last date of registration.
  • At least one of the authors should register for the conference and present his/her/their work.
  • Author should pay the registration fee through online mode only. The amount details are mentioned above.
  • Registration fee Including GST covers registration and publication charges and is not refundable.

  • Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
  • Participation certificate will be issued to all the registered participants.
  • Best Paper Awards will be given in each track.
